How to change the icon of folder in computer and PC || latest 2022

    Today we will discuss, How we can change the icon of any folder Easily.

Why we need to change Icon:

    Firstly, Sometimes we have a lot of data and we don,t recognize them fastly we need to check every folder one by one to achieve the goal. So, we can change and customize the icons of folders so we can easily recognize the specific Folder.Lets Start.

Step 1: Find the folder which you want to change icon: 

            right-click on folder > and click on properties 

Step 2: Click on Customize and then click on the change icon.

Step 3: Here you can see some default icons if you want your own icon click on Browse and select Your own icon.

Note: You can select jpeg and png files as a icon you need to convert it first in icon file. If

you don,t know how to convert you can search on internet or I will post Article on that topic;

Step 4: Select one of them and click on OK.

For example, I selected one of them and click ok then  

Step 5: Clik on Apply and then Ok . You can see your icon will be change .

How to change the mac address of laptop and Computers

 What is the advantage to change the mac address ?

First, I will tell you why we need to change the mac address. Firstly these days everyone wants to use the internet of others. Sometimes the person who has internet block your mobile and you can’t able to connect with the internet even if you have a password. Let’s start with the following:

Step 1: Press Ctrl + R to open Run Command and type cmd to open command prompt:

Step 2:  Type getmac to show the physical address and transport Name:

Here you can see the physical address (mac address) and transport Name for all the network devices which is connected  with internet and with your device 

You can also check your relevant mac address from your network options If you want to know click here 

Step 3: Copy first 8 digits of relevant mac address like this :

Step 4: Again Press Ctrl + R

open run And type regedit:

Step 5: After this hit Enter and your Registry directory will be open and here we will change our mac address : 

when you are in Registry Editor Goto this location :

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class

 

Step 6: When you open the above link your window show like this : 

Step 7 : Paste The code that you copy from cmd from the transport Name and click find next:

Step 8: After that you will come to the window where you show some options, Where you create new string file and make name of it NetworkAddress.

Step 9: Double-click on that file and a pop window show where you can write your new mac address

which you want it one times not work you can change it using same method and write some thing else and make a sure number of mac addresses is the same

How to check the mac address of Pc/Laptop

In this article I will tell you about mac address . How you can see your computer and laptop mac address. Why we need to change mac address? Some times some people blocked our mac address from there router and we disconnected from internet . If we change our mac address then we can easily access the internet

How to find Mac Address :

There are few step to find mac address .

Step 1: Press Windows+R from your keyboard to open run window. And type cmd 

to open command prompt .

Step 2 : Type getmac on black screen to show all the connected wireless devices which have

                mac Address.

After typing getmac you get two things about All devices one is Physical address and other is 

Transport Name. Physical address is also known as mac Address

 If you want to know specific device mac address then follow next steps .

Step 1: Goto Network&Internet settings or Network and shearing settings.

Step 2: > Goto Change adapter options

Step 3: Select device which you want mac address and press double click with mouse 

Step 4: > When you double click on device you show a popup window then click on Details

After click on details a popup window appears and there your physical address and mac address shown.
